How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Valueloving Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Bring to Us

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you contacted Valueloving Pest Control
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, products, work and customer service. If there is a problem with work done in your home, start by raising it with the provider directly, and keep a written record of what was said.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Keep in mind that Valueloving Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that regulates pest control in Texas.

How to Send Your Complaint

Email contact@valueloving.living and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Afterward we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau.
